Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT)
When clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable requirements, hormone therapy may be considered as part of an individualized care plan — prescriptions are never guaranteed.

Anxiety, depression, and other concerns that may accompany gender-related stress or transition can be addressed within your care.
Health monitoring
When treatment is part of your plan, regular follow-up and appropriate monitoring help keep your care safe over time.
Referrals
Surgical consultation, specialized therapy, voice care, and other services outside telehealth scope may be referred to appropriate providers.

- Ongoing evaluation and support for your gender-affirming goals
- Gender-affirming hormone therapy when clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable requirements — prescriptions are never guaranteed
- Mental health evaluation and support within your care

Follow-Up and Ongoing Support
Gender-affirming care is a process, not a single appointment. Follow-up visits allow your provider to monitor your health, review how your plan is working, and adjust care over time. If medication is part of your plan, regular monitoring is important for safe, informed care. When your needs require services beyond telehealth — such as surgical evaluation or specialized in-person care — your provider will discuss referral options.

Do you provide this care for minors?
No. CJ Medical Center provides services exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older.
